Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a user of az cli I'd like to be able to create OpenAI deployments with all the options available in portal. Two options that I don't see available now are: versionUpgradeOption and settings of Content filter.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to have those options available as additional parameters like --version-upgrade-option and --content-filter

Describe alternatives you've considered

I considered switching to powershell or curl but is not convinient for our solution

@skorupkam, could you please tell what commands you used (i.e. what commands do you want to add those additional arguments)?
