We are looking to add CLI support for the new dedicated host redeploy operation in preparation for public preview.

My reproduce steps are:

1. az vm host group create
2. az vm host create
3. az vm host redeploy

Hi Yan, The issue is that ADH redeploy isn't enabled in WestUS. Redeploy is currently enabled in EastUS, NorthEurope, and KoreaCentral.
