Questions about 'get Queue for Machine' api request result value #9

The kit appears to have used 'https://us.api.flow.microsoft.com/providers/Microsoft.ProcessSimple/environments/{Environment ID}/uiflow/targets/azurerelay/{MachineGroup ID}/runs?api-version=2016-11-01' api' to get a list of queued flows in the machine group.
However, the desktop flow currently running does not exist, but the result of the api request exists as follows.

I want to check the problem about this.
