Migrate to bioio from aicsimageio #100

AICSImageio is being deprecated and migrated to bioio.

Migration Guide: https://bioio-devs.github.io/bioio/MIGRATION.html

Instead of AICSImage, the class will be BioImage

It should be mostly similar, but will need to be updated in the code and in the tests:
Example of AICSImage usage.

Dependencies will hopefully be easier to manage
