Drag'n'drop works on iPad, but not iPhone.

According to a comment in timruffles/mobile-drag-drop#127 HTML5 drag'n'drop only works on iPad.

I've confirmed that drag/drop works on the iPad, doesn't work on the iPhone and I can't find any documentation that says it shouldn't.

Some (possibly) helpful info at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/8766052/drag-drop-on-safari-ios-wont-drag-wont-respond-to-drop-on-desktop-ipad although it contradicts the statement that Safari Drag and Drop is supported from iOS 11.
