如果数据量大的话，追求转写速度，可以尝试使用 16 位或者 8 位量化的模型，但是会损失精度。
比如：实际上 wshiperdesktop 是 int8 量化的，

另外如果显卡利用率不满意可以看看是否开启 GPU 加速选项，
