Stable trackers should be at least ~10 days old

Agree but disagree, because of various reasons (including the network or regional reasons), the availability of Tracker fluctuates, and the days will be reset, which will also affect some well-known Tracker.

Edit: I missed, in the list mode, then there is no problem.
