Shelly devices as bluetooth receivers?

I have installed a lot of Shellys plus2pm as shutter controls. These Shellys are wonderful bluetooth scanners with direct integration into mqtt. When I look at these mqtt messages, they are not as different as those from ESPresense. Is there a way to convert them? This would have the great advantage that I would have twice the number of Bluetooth scanners in the apartment (Shells + ESPresense).

Thank you for your efforts, I had tried it once but failed to calculate the positions. With your project it works very well.
