Disable dialog Broken
Disable Plugin dialog keeps greyed out after disableing a plugin

To Reproduce

Go to tools
Manage Plugins
Select an installed Plugin
Press Disable
Wait

Expected behavior
After disabling a Plugin the window should be usable.
