Setup cron job to make attestation from directus to EAS #14

NEED DISCUSSION to finalize user flow so we can create the directus flow.
Relate to Enaleia/eas-lib#4

Option 1: Set up a cron job to run.

condition:

when the EAS UID field is null in Event table, run the script
Post json to a custom build service (collab with @unidwell )
Retrive UID and post to the event table

Option 2: manually trigger by directus user

this task will involve 2 phases,
1: on OP testnet
2: on OP mainnet
