ASCOM Focuser Chooser freezes when I click in properties button

Hi!
I'm trying to configure my focuser in ASCOM Device Hub. The Windows driver of my focuser is USB-SERIAL CH340, and the ASCOM driver is EQFocuser-1.0.8.
How is the first time that a try to use this focuser, the ASCOM Device Hub tell me to choose the properties button before choose the ok button.
When a choose the properties button, the application freezes. I tried to uninstall all ASCOM drivers and install only de ASCOM Device hub and the ascom focuser driver and the freezes problem stells.
I tried to remove the Windows driver and install again.
So, i tried to connect this focuser in another notebook and i got.
What I need to do to solve the problem?
I cant use the another notbook.
