If I have totally disabled GLODA in Thunderbird, switching to the Global Search' in Unified Search should not be a option, because it is not only useless, it is confusing. When (has happened numerous times in the last few weeks) people accidentally click the little 'Switch between filter and Global Search...' icon, when GLODA is disabled, entering anything into the searchbox gives no results when the user knows there should be some results. Hiding this little icon would prevent them from accidentally entering Global Search mode.
Thanks again!
