Filter remembering per folder instead use the 'sticky pin' button

As requested by a user, can be a really good idea, and better user experience, remove the 'sticky pin' and implement automatic filter remembering per folder.

The bad news is that current widget implementation is strongly based on replicate on fly options from the standard quick filter bar, thats complicate a bit this new feature.

But is a better idea in the moment of implement the new widget that is being planned from long, with clearer interface and disconnected from standard-quick-filter-bar.
