seal里面的那个网络设置最底下有个cookies,我按照教程弄了可是cookies提取不出来显示0网站0cookie,还有这个网络设置里面的那个代理是灰色的点不开

Describe the bug

seal里面的那个网络设置最底下有个cookies,我按照教程弄了可是cookies提取不出来显示0网站,以及那个网络设置里面的那个代理设置是灰色的根本点不开,通过他这个软件内置的这个cookie完全提不了,怎么办?不提取cookie好多视频都下不了

那个代理网络可以开,前提是把那个下来不开启命令的情况下,但是按照你们那个cookie界面根本提不出来怎么解决?
