Hi, I was able to get the OpenCRAVAT DNAnexus App installed, but I noticed that SpliceAI is not among the available annotations. I'm interested in analyzing the new UK Biobank WGS data in regards to splicing variants. Is there any way or are there plans to incorporate SpliceAI into the DNAnexus app? It looks like it is available in the standalone OpenCRAVAT package. Thanks so much for making this tool available.
