First Run - Startup Wizard

Idea Description

We've discussed it a bit in the past but it would greatly benefit the admin setting up the server to have a 'first run' kind of wizard that displays after the initial install. Doing a walkthrough of the base settings needed and including setting up their first shared library is a better overall user experience than just dumping them into an empty app.

Some simple questions we could ask them during the setup:

Do you have a domain (base url) to use?
Do you want to setup a sub-folder?
Prompt to configure your first shared library
Invite users
Activate K+

We can discuss and work out anything else that might be good to display during a first run wizard here.
