[Kavita] Add a toggle as to whether a series gets collapsed when collapse series relationships is turned on

Idea Description

As collapse series relationship works right now it will always collapse into the prequel series. This and some of the other relationships sometimes don't make sense to collapse when they are applied to the "main" series. Instead there should be a toggle on the related page to indicate whether the series should be collapsed when a relationship is added. The relationships that already cause a series to collapse can automatically toggle the option on.
This would also fix #3098
