I managed to replicate this but I can't get that api endpoint to respond in a timely fashion even with the fix. @BNWEIN you'll need to test and let us know. |
Frontend 7.1.1 Can't get any data to load on the business voice page. After a long waiting period, it eventually errors out. |
Description
Customers are using a DirectRouting partner.
When we try and load Teams Business Voice Page we are getting this error
To replicate this issue
have a customer with Teams Business Voice enabled, and setup in a direct routing configuration with a third party
in CIPP go to
Teams & SharePoint
Teams
business voice.
That gives you the error provided above in the screen shot.
