Error message when trying to use OTA function

Hi!

I'm getting an error message from Z2M when trying to use the OTA function to update devices. I'm running a Home Assistant Yellow, and am really hoping someone can help me understand what the error is and how to fix it.

I'm having the same problem, with a Sonoff ZBDongle-E. Some devices I can do the OTA just fine, but some cause the above errors a few seconds into the OTA update.

You may want to try the 8.0.2 firmware.

I am also having these exact errors, even after updating to 8.2.2.

I reflashed my ZBDongle-E to 7.4.5 at 230400 and I was able to update one device, however, when updating the firmware on a second device I once again received these messages and the OTA failed:

So far I have tried 7.4.4 and 7.4.5 at 115,200; 8.2.2 at 115,200; and 7.4.5 at 230,400.

I reflashed my ZBDongle-E to 7.4.5 at 230400 and I was able to update one device (for the first time, I must say)... Failed with second device...

I have the same situation here using ZBDongle-E with firmware NCP 7.4.5 - 115200 (ncp-uart-hw-v7.4.5.0-zbdonglee-115200.gbl).

Tried flashing with NCP 7.4.5 - 230400 firmware but got the same errors. OTA suddenly stops with ERROR_EXCEEDED_MAXIMUM_ACK_TIMEOUT_COUNT error.

I had the same problem with my ZBDongle-E firmware 8.02

I switched to SMLIGHT SLZB-06M and haven't experienced the error since.
