MOES ZTRV-801

Hello,

I did purchased ZTRV-801 [https://www.moestech.com/blogs/news/ztrv-801] thermostats that are working fine but...

The refresh rate is really poor, it can take several hours to send data to the coordinator.
The only way to refresh data is to send a command to the valve, the valve will then make-up and respond.
Is there a smarter way getting regular updates ? Firmware update, reporting interval rate?

I would try to set up the reporting or to modify the value already configured according to your needs.

This is definitely where I would like to go but have no Idea how to proceeded.

Any idea?

Other issue I mentioned is that OTA is not available for this specific device

First, check the value if any in the reporting tab.

Then, it depends on what you wish to change.

There is no value that looks like to be the measured temperature, I then tried modifying reporting interval for one of them to see if this wakes-up the thermostat but got the following error:

This happens for all attributes. Btw for BRT100, there is no reporting interval specified and it works fine.

Now I have to find the right attribute to get the opening ratio but so far, not found...
