Z2M LXC Proxmox doesn't start

Hello, I am trying to install Z2M on LXC Proxmox and I cannot start it. I have the following error message and despite my searches, I cannot find it.
Could anyone help me?
Here is my configuration

Have you forwarded the Sonoff Zigbee stick correctly to the LXC? Have you followed the post install guide? See here: community-scripts/ProxmoxVE#410

Have you installed the LXC privileged?

Yes i've LXC privileged installed and also the Sonoff Zigbee stick is correctly forwarded to the LXC. I've followed the post install guide.
I've done this twice
I don't understand why i've this message : Refusing to start because configuration is not valid, found the following errors:

• mqtt/password must be string
  Has you got another idea ?

Thanks for the formatted code: There I can see that your serial part is commented out by the leading #:

#serial:
  ...

This way, the configuration for the serial is invalid / not used.

And are you sure your zigbee stick needs the adapter: ezsp? This is for Sticks like the following and even is deprecated since some releases: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/guide/adapters/emberznet.html
(See the deprecation note at the end of the Configuration section)

The Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 usually is one of those I thought: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/guide/adapters/zstack.html

So from my understanding, it should look like so:

But I still get the same error message

  I tried removing username and password and then it starts but I get another error message

I'm not sure what rtscts does. Do you need it or could you remove it?

Additionally you can try to set the baudrate explicitly.

Thanks again for the help.
I'm going to put Z2M aside for the moment because I have my heating running with Zigbee probes on Jeedom. I will resume my attempts in the spring. I would like to lighten the system by putting Z2M under LXC
