Seperate external API testing, still define in same place but mock?

Issue is that unittests for packager takes too long.

These API tests could be run continuously somehow, separated from normal unittests.
Would still want to define them with the unittests to prevent coupling but with a decorator or something.
Use mock in unittests instead.
