More/less descriptions no longer display the "Show less" link

Description

Bug introduced in PR #712 but is minor. The "Show more/less" links of large descriptions no longer display the "Show less" option to collapse again.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a catalogue item, like a data model
2. Click on the "Rules" tab
3. If a rule and representation does not exist yet, enter one. The representation should be any text based language and include a large body of content.
4. In the Rules table view, click the "Show more" link to see all of the rule representation.

Expected behavior

After clicking "Show more", a "Show less" option should appear to collapse again.
