Add notes to applications

I want to be able to add comments to applications
So that I can keep notes

Prototype tasks:

• Create Note-model
• Create endpoints for posting, retrieving and deletion of notes
  • NB! Can only be done by the creator of the notes
• Add note-section to application detail-page:
  • Show in chronological order
  • NB! Notes should only be accessed by the creator of the notes

As a board member of a group
I want to be able to add comments to an application
So that I can share notes with my committee about an applicant

• Create Note model
• Create endpoints for posting, retrieving and deletion of notes
  • Only creator should be able to delete a note
• Add note-section to application detail-page:
  • Show in chronological order
  • Notes should only be visible to a selected committee that the creator is part of

Was this requested at all during the last recruitment period? If not, I think we should consider wontfixing this one.
Should we make opptak.ntnui.no a tool that should be used during interviews as well?
