Useability

Hi,

I am trying to use this very promising software, but I am already struggling with the basics. I am trying to use the Jupyter notebook for pre-processing a dataset, but the example filename is not provided (file .../data/ms-quant/2019_guo_nci60/proteome/processed_peptide_quants.tsv) and in its absence it is difficult to know what format to expect.
