As mentioned during today's Jan-23th-2025 GDAL maintainer meeting, it would be good to have in the doc a page showing how to transition from old workflows to new ones, as well as illustrating new stuff like the advanced GDAL bash completion. For the later, lot of content can be borrowed from the PR description: #11563
