VTK 9.3 in OCCT cannot be compiled normally. Why not use find_package? The one found with this can be compiled normally.

VTK search by find_package on CMake with some extra searches after

Dear @cqwuxiaolong for me it is not possible to reproduce, but I assume, you issue is related with multiple instances of libs with different versions during compilation and real-time. It can be related that during compilation(linking) for some reason incorrect location was used.
I prepared a small fix for some cases, but it will not handle all scenarios. #289
