i tried installing in ubuntu 22 what is the default admin login credentials ?

You should see the registration screen when you first open it, otherwise it probably didn't connect to the database, I recommend revising the .env

I was a little careful, when you are in the local development environment, use HTTPS://LOCALHOST/3001 and accept the terms of use. thanks.
