Hi, please help, I am failing to access the backoffice even after deleting the installation folder. I cant see the backend button like the one in the demo

Sorry for the late reply. As here in india there was a long holiday of Diwali. Because of that this delay was happened.
We are not clear about the issue. Can you please explain your issue in more details or with the help of screenshots, If possible.

i have the same problem, i can't login to back office, http://localhost:8080/hotelcommerce/admin466h80act/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=c6742f12850cfa6a6082515c8650365a

As you are working on the localhost. So we cant tell you the exact problem. At our end we are not getting any problem.
So once delete the install folder the try to visit the admin Url again. Otherwise install Qloapps in public domain and send us FTP and admin login details. So that we can look into your issue.

do you have any idea of below information, I checked from apache log as follows

We request you to please once visit https://qloapps.com/install-qloapps/ and verify your environment setup is compatible with required environment for Qloapps.
And if not, Then please install Qloapps again after setting up right environment for Qloapps.
If issues persists then please raise your issue at https://webkul.uvdesk.com and provide your FTP details and url on which Qloapps is installed.
