Optionally Hide the Key Icon

In some circumstances you may want to hide the key icon despite it's excellent value to users.

Eg when showing a bundle of small icons for one field (eg the products that the Account has purchased over the lifetime). It may be overkill to show the Bundle Icon, Bundle Title and Text, so the key may not be necessary also.

The Key uses the standard SLDS Card Actions Slot for the location, and that takes up the same vertical space as the Title.

If there are any other options to keep The Key and display a Card with no Title or Icon then it would be great to pursue it.

During the Oct-2023 Sprint, we discussed the alternative of being able to configure where the help icon appeared; either top right or bottom center.

We need to mock up what bottom center would look like to decide if that's best.
