Auto update functionality should allow to force update the plugin.

If the plugin does not succesfully refresh the updates, It requires manually removing files to get updates correctly.
I will change the form to allow force updates.

For now this can be resolved by clearing the files from
C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\RTTK\Downloads

Form should also allow to clear last refresh date from the registry key.
deleting the key LastUpdateCheckDate from Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SwiftExpat\Deputy\Updates

Plugin should also allow to roll back to previous versions
