Hi, I was running IsopretGO on my single-cell DEG and DTU test results and noticed that some of the differential spliced genes are not shown in isopretGO. In my input file, I got 390 differentially spliced genes (padj < 0.05) but only 318 of them are shown in isopretGO. One example gene that is differentially spliced but not shown by isopretGO is ENSG00000135048 (CEMIP2).

[isopret_Secretory_noNA.tsv.gz](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/16247447/isopret_Secretory_noNA.tsv.gz)I attached my input file here. Are they filtered out at some point or are they not present in our reference files?
Best,
Krissi
