Move drawer buttons to right-hand side

The drawer appears on the left so can obscure the buttons if the viewport isn't big enough, forcing the user to use the close button instead. Putting them on the right would solve this.

It might actually be better to move the drawers to the RHS, since the content is entered from the left and the start of the textarea may also be obscured. With the drawer on the right, the help information can be viewed while entering the answer.
