"API count exceeded - Increase Quota with Membership" when using whois lookup

When i use the whois lookup i get the message "API count exceeded - Increase Quota with Membership". Any tips on why this is happening?

this can be fixed by making another session use webeye for making tool
I added a session that creates another session if the API count exceeded

pip install webeye but it also has some issue like red hawk error valid key required I will update that also

for this you can try to reinstall the tool, first clear all cache and data and then reinstall tool.
second you can use virtual space or parallel space apps so that you can run two or more than tool in single system and then go.
