I know I've reported this as an issue before and you said you had fixed it but I have recently printed another two Uzebox v2.0 enclosures on a prusa mk4 printer using the 10mm detailed print setting and the buttons don't quite fit. They just about fit in the case but there isn't enough vertical space free for the buttons to be pushed and click properly.

The workarounds are either I use a grinder to remove the excess filament in the inside of the top case around where the buttons make contact with the upper shell or, what I'll most likely be doing this time as a quick fix, I can redesign and reprint the buttons to reduce the length of the buttons legs slightly.

Today I printed some buttons where I reduced the length of the shaft by 1.5 mm. They fit in my cases better as they click now but they're a little too short as they can get displaced from the socket a bit.

I reckon making the button shafts 1 mm shorter will be about right so I'll try that on Wednesday and report back.

It'd be best if you could send me some .3mf files of the buttons with 1 mm shorter shafts @uze6666 so I could print and test those.

I used blender for this first test. Blender doesn't natively support importing or exporting .3mf but there is a plugin for adding .3mf support. Importing the buttons seemed to work fine but I had problems with missing surfaces when I exported the buttons so I exported them as .stl files, which blender does have integrated support for, and that output files that cura was happy with.

If you don't have time before Wednesday I'll do it myself again but I will be sharing .stl files as a result, if they fit properly.

I made the shafts of both buttons 1 mm shorter and now the buttons fit and click nicely in both of the last two cases I printed.

It seems I messed up in blender somewhere making these because when I open them in Cura it says it has scaled them by 100000x so I wouldn't want to submit these to the repo but someone else might want to use these before a proper fix arrives. I didn't have to manually resize these when I loaded them into Cura for slicing.

If your slicer software doesn't import these stl files at the correct scale, proportionally scale each button so that they are printed 26.8 mm wide in the X dimension, like the original .3mf models.

I couldn't get .3mf export to work correctly in Blender so these are .stl files.

My bug report for Blender's 3mf export plugin problem is here, where you can also see a video of exactly how I modified one of the buttons to fit the case better.
