my laptop is old one it doesnot docker and other more libaray

For "using" airflow - I don't thin airlfow can be run and used in codespaces.

Look at contributors docs, I am not sure how to do it for codespaces - and how to run full airlfow in codespaces - this is not something we ever supported.

But nice first contribution might be if you spend a bit of time and digging and find out and contribute document on how to do it.
