docker集群部署，后面想再加节点，有几个问题：
（1）可以用集群方式先部署一个节点，后期有需要不断扩容吗？
（2）增加直接通过docker-compose配置吗？
（3）增加节点，需要修改schema_replication_factor和data_replication_factor吗，然后重启？
