Sometimes gVim version is not compatible with the config.
No machine has neovim

Solution:
a) include a Vim/Neovim distribution executable in the dotfiles?
b) auto-install the required version? changing config anyway.

*b) might be a little flaky, but can explore if there are some APIs/automations that can help with this.

Note: the focus is still only on Windows!

add to environment variable: C:\Program Files (x86)\Vim\vim82
