Build for .Net 9.0

Describe the bug

Just build with .Net 9.0 looks like built last with 8.0. There is a bad vulnerability.

Results in this output:

Package 'Microsoft.Extensions.Caching.Memory' 9.0.0-preview.6.24327.7 has a known high severity vulnerability, GHSA-qj66-m88j-hmgj

You mean the 2.0 branch? We didn't release another preview in quite some time, and it might be that the whole v2 might be a v3 - in any case @egil and I will discuss this tomorrow.
