kamal setup with host on cloudflare being proxied.

Today I faced a weird error when trying to kamal setup for a project. The only thing I tried different was set my-app.mydomain.com and toggled Proxy in Cloudflare. In kamal deploy.uml I have set the proxy ssl: true and it worked for my other apps but all dns are set to dns only.

So i tried to kamal setup and got:

  ERROR (Net::SSH::ConnectionTimeout): Exception while executing on host my-host : Net::SSH::ConnectionTimeout

But I could ping the host. So I untoggled the proxy so revert to DNS only and it worked instantly.

Anyone knows why this behavior?
