how to add/udpate env var?

I was using kamal with no issue (thanks for making it).
Recently, I've updated my .env.production file and have added a key named TOGETHER_AI_API_KEY.
I have also add to .kamal/secrets: TOGETHER_AI_API_KEY=$TOGETHER_AI_API_KEY

I deploy my app using kamal deploy and then I type kamal secrets print, it outputs:

...
TOGETHER_AI_API_KEY=my_key
...

But my app is crashing with this error:

What am I missing/doing wrong?
