Apply filters to search results or list for Recreation Sites and Trails (RST)

Description:

**As a member of the public, I want to filter my rec site and trail search result so that I can easily see what options are available to me and narrow my search to what I am looking for.

This ticket is to implement the MVP search filters on the search for a RST page.

Acceptance Criteria:

• List updates when filter is applied by checking the search box
• Easy to see what filters have been selected
• Apply filter logic based on type, match BC Parks
• Able to filter by...
  • Activities (Apply Activities filter to search results or list of Recreation Sites and Trails (RST) #324)
  • Facilities (Apply Facilities filter to search results or list of Recreation Sites and Trails (RST) #262)
  • Type (Rec, Trail, Interpretive Forest) (Apply Type (Rec, Trail, Interpretive Forest) filter to search results or list of Recreation Sites and Trails (RST) #263)
