Description
This ticket captures research and investigation into options for accessing and exploring data without using the CSV extracts.

PowerBI, Metabase, AWS Quick Site... others?

Considerations

There are limitations with public cloud and accessing the database, these are OCIO policies.
Express route may change this, TBD
PowerBI may have issues with aurora postgis
AWS services may be the only option until network path is allowed
Might be able to explore opening a network path from PowerBI to Aurora through gateways

Recommendation for tool to use for looking at data
