Campsites displayed on a Recreation Site or Trail (RST) page

Description:

As a public visitor, I want to be able to view information about a recreation site or trail so that I can plan a visit to that area.

This ticket is to add additional information on the number of campsites at a recreation site to be displayed on a page - within the camping section. Will only show if camp sites exists (and has this data populated) on this recreation resource - if camping tab/activity exists AND count exists.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Data model for campsite and count is determined
• Display within Campsite information
  • Currently counting # of sites from campsite table (FTA)

• we may need to sort out what happens when there is no camping fee or count but does have the activity - what shoes then? @jaimiebutton might need to explore this and design an empty state (maybe?)
