Description:

As a public visitor, I want to be able to view information about a recreation site or trail so that I can plan a visit to that area.

This ticket is to add facility information on a specific recreation resource to be displayed on a page. The facilities displayed should align with what is shown on the filter page #262

Acceptance Criteria:

• Display Facilities on specific recreation resource page
• Facilities are shown under Facilities section and have icons
  • mimics BC Parks designs and previous sections - matches figma designs: https://www.figma.com/design/TFDtavdpJE2vrB5vEmBB6w/RST---Basic-View?node-id=0-1&p=f&t=MTYbng1wo8bF7CO3-0
  • new ticket is created for any icons that are missing for RST
