Where should a map live? How does it fit into the MVP flow?

Acceptance Criteria:

Look at the current flow to identify where a map should live (specifically a main map that brings together lots of RST data to help people find recreation opportunities)
Pass ideation to project team for feedback
Mock up map page in basic wireframe
Pass to project team for feedback
Iterate as needed
designs added to Search for Recreation Sites and Trails (RST) via map #150
