I have measured the consumption for some custom LED strips and want to use those data with powercalc.
So I looked at the the file structure and got my data in the same format. I added a new "manufacturer" directory (using my initials) and copied my files into a model directory inside the custom_components/powercalc/data directory.
So far so good, everything worked as expected.
Unfortunately, my definitions disappear when there is a powercalc update.
In the documentation (nor the discussions) I could not find any suggestion on how to add such models to have powercalc finding them and keeping them safe over updates. As these are very special calibrations that are most likely of no use to anyone else, I don't think submitting them would be appropriate.
