Reset PowerCalc to initial install (zero out all the data)

I've made various changes to my HA and PowerCalc config (including using different power measuring sensors) and I'd like to wipe the PowerCalc data and start from scratch. Some of my previous sensors are no longer used.

Would uninstall and re-install PowerCalc, accomplish this or is the data saved somewhere persistently and a re-install would just return me to the same state?

I assume I'm just overlooking where to find it within the documentation, but I can't seem to find how to reset PowerCalc back to "first install" state.
