uninstalling from Win 10??

I installed this to try out a program that depends on it, but my system is too old and none of it will work. I cannot find uninstall instructions, however, for Win 10. It also does not appear in the standard Win 10 uninstaller, so how do I go about uninstalling it and its dependencies? Thank you.
