Developer guide for the CSL Editor Library

This javascript library allows you to add CSL search and editor tools to your website or in a web frame in your reference manager.

Follow the instructions in the reference implementation README.md to get the reference implementation (currently online at http://steveridout.com/csl/about/) up and running before continuing.
